Raspberry Lemon Muffins
Raspberry Lemon Muffins -recipe for 10
Ingredients:
Butter – 200 gr
Caster sugar -200 gr
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
Lemon zest -2 lemons
Eggs -4
Flour -200 gr
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Raspberries -150 gr
You will need:
1 oventray
10 cup-cakes papers
1 piping bag
1 spatula
Preparation:
Beat together the sugar and the butter until the mixture becomes creamy
Then add the eggs and when everything is mixed well add the rest of the ingredients.
Pipe the mixture into the cupcake cups and add the raspberries on top of the mixture
Bake at 165 ̊ c / Gas Mark 3for 12 minutes
