Columbia’s Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

– 4 ounces of freshly brewed coffee
– 1 1/2 ounces Irish Whiskey
– 1 teaspoon brown sugar
– A dollop of freshly whipped cream

Preparation:

– Combine the coffee, whiskey and sugar in an Irish coffee mug; then float the whipped cream on top
