Olive Bread Recipe

Another staple of Cyprus cuisine are olives and anything that can be derived from them so Chef Ioannis has chosen to share a simple rustic recipe today, incorporating olives and bread. Enjoy making your very own Olive Bread and feel free to post photos and feedback! #culinarycolumbia
You will need:
Pan
Mixer
Bowl
Ingredients
750g flour
3 tablespoons of salt
½ tablespoon honey
30gr yeast
½ litre of water
Rosemary
Olive oil
Black olives chopped
Preparation:
– Add the water, honey, salt and yeast to a pan
– Heat to 36 degrees (body temperature) to activate the yeast
– Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix on medium speed until everything is incorporated
– Put the dough into a floured bowl and leave somewhere warm to rise
– Once risen to knead the dough for a couple of minutes, this will make sure our bread is fluffy
– Then separate and mould into loaves
– Let them rise again and then cook at 165 degrees, gas mark 3 for 30-40 minutes approximately – depending on how thick the bread is
