At Columbia Beach Resort we are proud to have a team that is passionate, committed and driven to providing guests with the very best holiday experience. Every team member ensures that guests’ needs are met daily and that they leave our resort with a true sense of our authentic Cypriot charm.

Panicos, Bar team

Panicos is Columbia Beach Resort’s very own “Power Ranger”; he is a true hero and a real asset of the Bar team. As a team player, he is always ready to support colleagues, leading on projects when required to do so, and his positive, can do attitude is seriously contagious. Nothing is ever too much trouble and his mission to ensure guests enjoy a relaxing holiday shines through in his day to day work. Panicos’ big heart and caring nature mean that he is also a great role model for our younger members of staff and you’ll often find him mentoring and providing guidance to help them in their role.

Marina, Hebe Spa

Marina is a friendly and professional member of the team and as well as being a pleasure to work with, she always goes the extra mile for our resort guests. Through her kind and professional approach Marina creates a special connection which often sees guests re-book treatments with her – she is one of our most requested therapists. Marina’s client care is enviable and everyone she treats feels special and comfortable in her healing hands.

Karmen, Housekeeping team

Karmen’s personable approach to her housekeeping role and her warm, friendly nature make her rise to the top three in our Guests Comments. Never too busy to chat to guests, Karmen is an asset to the team. Always smiling, her cheery demeanor puts guests at ease, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need – no request is too big and she will go to any length to ensure the outcome.
